How many hardcore/sxe people listen to dubstep?

It’s so vapid. There’s no meaning to it, it’s so nihilistic and shallow. An artist can put together some pretty cool beats, sure—I can appreciate a few songs here and there—but the rationale of dubstep is so hedonistic. Most dubstep songs seem to either exist because someone is messing around on their computer or as an aid to partying and getting messed up. That’s what makes me draw away from the music in the first place. All the 13 year old kids who think dubstep is the greatest thing in music history/ravers who probably only have it on when they’re getting messed up. Not that I don’t enjoy music that isn’t meaningful or exists within a social change context, it and the people it attracts just doesn’t interest me at all. It lacks any sincerity or personality that I can get into with all kinds of music (my library is 30 GB), not just hardcore.
